Question 1
What is your minimum classification for the following nonconformities and under
which article would you register them:
a) Insufficient meetings are held by the HACCP team.
b) The doors of the storage shed do not close completely

Question 2
As an auditor, you perform an audit at a GMP+ certified storage and transhipment
company. During the tour you notice that employees are loading a bulk truck. This
is done by opening the stored bags and dumping the contents into the bulk truck
through a screen. As lumps may occur in bagged goods, use is also made of a mechanical screen for the screening. The product concerned turns out to be lysin. The
quality manager states that they have been doing this for the customer for a number of weeks.
How do you assess this situation? Motivate your answer by stating what actions the
company should take. Also mention the nonconformity found, if any, with the corresponding standard paragraph and classification.
Question 3
During an audit at a GMP+ certified storage and transhipment company in the
Netherlands, the company happens to be unloading an inland waterway vessel at
that moment. The inland waterway vessel carries 2500 tons of wheat. The wheat is
unloaded from the vessel using a tall crane on the quay. The company states that
one vessel is unloaded each week. It appears furthermore from your inquiries that
the crane does not belong to the company at which you are performing the audit
but to an external company. How do you assess this situation?

comply with GMP+ BA4. The 50 kinds of feed material. When you check the monitoring plan it strikes you that the 50 different kinds of feed material have been categorised in some 20 main groups. The sampling has taken place on the level of the
main groups. How do you assess this situation? Motivate your answer.

Assume that a company trades in GMP+ raw materials and in non-GMP+ raw materials. With which requirements must the trader comply? Motivate your answer.

A GMP+ certified trader buys a silage additive. The silage additive consists of micro-organisms. It is produced as a premixture under private label by a company
which is FAMI-QS certified is. The product is supplied to the trader in 5-kg buckets
and is not provided with a label. The producer only mentions the best before date
and the charge number on a sticker. The trader glues the required label on the
buckets. When the buckets are prepared for shipment it is decided which label
must be glued onto the bucket. This depends on the country where the product will
be sold. Which data must be mentioned on the label in accordance with the feed
legislation?

storage takes place at third parties. What do you want to see at the trader’s within

Question 1
Which positions / statements are not correct (circle the number):
1. All the activities of the company must be described in the quality system
2. Contracted out transport must always be GMP+ certified or equivalent

A GMP+ B3 certified trader has its own trucks to transport feed materials to GMP+
B2 certified transhipment companies in the port. In busy times, however, external
carrier are also called to inquire if they have time to carry out transports. The GMP+
participant can not call upon GMP+ certified transporters in that area.
Which documentation do you expect to find at the GMP+ B3 certified trader when
external transport is used?
Question 4
Is a buyer of a batch of grain allowed to request a B3 company to perform the LCI
of an inland waterway vessel? Motivate your answer.
