Athens Gallery Walk
Vamialis Gallery
WHAT: As a side-bar to Documenta 14, a collective of Athens’
best art galleries has banded together over four visually-rich
days to offer art lovers the chance to binge on premium works
from over 150 artists.
A total of 41 galleries (38 in Athens and Piraeus 3),
participating in Documenta 14, will extend their hours and
also remain open on Sunday during this parallel event.
Special guided bilingual maps (in Greek-English) have been
designed for the Gallery Walk and will be distributed to all
participating galleries. During in the art walk, art
afficionados will be able to shape their own path in in order
to visit as many art galleries as possible and gain a
comprehensive insight into the current artistic movement in
Greece.
The Gallery Walk is organized by the Hellenic Art Galleries
Association (PSAT) with the involvement of Art Athina. To find

WHEN: April 6-9. Thursday, Friday, Saturday (from 12 noon to
9pm); Sunday (from 12 noon to 7pm).
