CATERING (50 people and up):
We will bring out the tables (with the table covering) for the food and drinks to be placed on and you will need to supply the tables and
chairs for your guests. We will setup the food bufet-style. We will provide everything needed to serve and to eat. The plates are the
heavy Solo red plates and the white Lancaster’s BBQ cups. We will provide a one hour serving tme, then we will break everything down
and clean up. We will also provide the trash cans so that we can leave the area we used clean, just like it was when we arrived. We
display the food in metal dishes with the use the sternos if needed. If you have any food remaining at the end you may request them to
leave it and they will put it in boxes for you. Our two packages people choose from is the Basic or Combo. The Basic is where you get
BBQ pork as the meat and the Combo you would get half the amount of BBQ Pork and a piece of Fried Chicken per person. With both
you get a choice of two sides: Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Brunswick stew, Macaroni and Cheese, Green Beans, Collard Greens, Mashed
Potatoes & Gravy or Slaw. You get a choice of bread: Hushpuppies or Buns. You get Banana Pudding along with Sweet Tea, Un-sweet
Tea and Lemonade. This is priced on a per person basis. The Basic package is $12.50 per person and the Combo is $13.50 per person.
18% Gratuity is added to the invoice. If you have a diferent idea of what items you would like to have on your menu, give us a call and
we can see what we can do to make it possible.
DELIVERY: (25 people and up, packaged deal)
We will bring the food in aluminum pans and we will set it up bufet-style and leave and you to do the rest. When you are done you just
throw your pans away. It includes all paper products, plates, cups, napkins, eatng and serving utensils and ice. With this opton you can
choose from the packages above (the Basic or Combo). The price is also on a per person basis. The Basic package is $10.99 and the
Combo opton is $11.99 per person. There is also a delivery fee that is added depending on locaton (local ranges from $25.00 and up).
You are always welcome to use this opton and pick it up without paying the delivery fee.
DELIVERY: (Min. $150.00 order, ordering of the carry-out menu)
When ordering of the menu, it does not include any the extras as above its food only. When you order in bulk it stll will come in alum
pans for you, so you can serve right out of the pans. For example 1 lb. of BBQ pork feeds approx. 3 adults at $10.99 per lb. Side items
are $3.99 per pint (slaw, baked beans, pot. Salad, Mac-n-Cheese, green beans, collard greens) one pint feeds approximately 3-4 people.
Dozen of hushpuppies are $2.99 per dozen. You can also order Family Packs which is one lb. of bbq pork, 1 pint of baked beans, 1 pint
of slaw, and a dozen hushpuppies. One family pack feeds approx 3 adults, and is $16.99 per pack. Another great idea is the lb. of
tenders which are $9.99 per lb. which is served with celery and dressing. Also, another great hit is the chicken wings. These items are
always great to order in bulk. There is a delivery fee added to this opton if you would like it delivered, it depends on locatons it ranges
from $25.00 and up. You can always pick this up with no extra charge.
