Ardèche Protected Geographical Indication, white
The vineyard is situated on the southeast side of
the southern part of Ardèche and extends from the
initial terraces of the Rhone Valley to the Cevennes
Mountain Range.
Grapes : Grenache blanc, Sauvignon blanc et Ugni-blanc.
Tasting Notes : This wine is a pale golden color with green tints. Its floral aromas recall
acacias and wild roses, with notes of aniseed. It is round and fruity on the palate with
mineral nuances and a touch of citrus.
Food and Wine Pairing: This wine is a suitable aperitif and can be enjoyed as a kir
when combined with chestnut liqueur. It is great with grilled fish, but also with mussels
and French fries.
