100’s Needed *** Ft. McMurray Fire Clean-up - Skilled Labour - $DOExperience & Skill CAD
We are looking for individuals who can work in indoor and outdoor environments doing Skilled Labour – Carpentry,
Plumbing, Electrical and Heavy Equipment Operators in Ft McMurray , Alberta, Canada. All payroll will be paid
through a local Alberta employment firm an in adherence to Alberta provincial standards.
These projects are to help with cleanup and build back in Ft McMurray. They will last as long as there is help needed
for clean up projects. We may also transition many people into build back projects. Projects may vary from a couple
weeks to several months. Pay is dependent on Skill set and Experience
We will be transporting people from Edmonton to Fort Mac to stay in Camps and work on various projects in the Fort
Mac area. Daily transportation to the projects will be provided. Since you will be working and staying in facilities with
lots of other people, we asked that you are respectful to yourself and others. This means you must be mild mannered
and physically able to work on your feet for up to 10 - 12 hour shifts, and get along well with others. We expect that
many people will be working several weeks in a row. Transportation back to Edmonton will be limited to group travel,
so please be prepared to go and stay for several weeks.
Considering the conditions of the smoky environment and buildings anyone with breathing issues may not
want to apply without first receiving clearance from your doctor.
Requirements:
* 18 years of age or older
* WORK BOOTS and WORK PANTS
* Physically capable to do physical labour
* Available to work full-time, Subject to Alberta employment standards.
