DECLARATION REACH REGULATION
Extension SVHC-List by ECHA, EG 1907/2006 per 12.01.2017
Dear Sirs,
Please be herewith advised that the company AMC AG, Division Intercoat is neither
manufacturer nor importer of chemical substances produced outside the European
Community and therefore we are not affected by the REACH regulation as per the
update per 12.02.2017. Same is for the Annex XIV modified 15.05.12 and Annex XVII
modified 14.02.12. Thus, we are able to guarantee supplies of all products at any
time without restrictions.
According to REACH Art. 33 it is our obligation to provide every customer with
sufficient information about the articles which contain substances of the SVHC
Candidate List in a concentration above 0,1 % (w/w).
We herewith confirm that all printing materials (PE, PP, PVC and PET and winepapers) adhesives, liners and all further raw materials currently supplied to your
company by us, are not affected by the current SVHC Candidate List. We can also
confirm that none of the chemicals listed by ECHA, as of January 12, 2017 reported
as being Substances of Very High Concern are used in the production and/or are
contained in these materials.
We, as AMC AG, Division Intercoat neither prepare substances nor preparations, but
articles which do not meet the criteria mentioned above. Generally, for all articles no
Safety-Data-Sheets are necessary.
Furthermore, we confirm that all our monomeric and polymeric PVC Films fulfill the
requirements according to the REACH-Declaration per 12.01.2017. However, some
colored monomeric and polymeric PVC films contain some pigments with an amount
> 0,1 % according to the SVHC candidate list. A detailed list of the concerned PVC
films is attached.
