If you do not have TRITON AP-DATA installed:
• A Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2012 Standard
Edition R2 machine
a. Run the TRITON unified installer on a supported machine.
• Microsoft Exchange Online
the virtual appliance.
c. Start the email protection
service on the VM.
• A Microsoft Azure account (activated)
• A SQL Server database machine for configuration data
b. Supply the FQDN for
AP-DATA module.

f. Select the Data tab in the TRITON Manager.
g. Add the network email destination to policies that
should be used for this appliance.
b. Select TRITON AP-DATA from the Installation Type screen,
and then click Next.
h. Click Deploy.
c. Select Install Email Gateway virtual appliance on-premises
management component from the resulting screen.

Obtain Virtual Appliance Image
a. Log onto MyWebsense.com, select
Downloads, and then select
TRITON AP-DATA Gateway and
the latest version.
b. Select Email Gateway
for Office 365.
c. Download and unzip
the .vhd image to a
local directory.
d. Complete the AP-DATA installation wizard followed by the
Email Gateway installation wizard.
If you already have TRITON AP-DATA installed:
a. Run the TRITON unified installer on your TRITON
management server.
b. If prompted, upgrade AP-DATA to the latest version, and
then launch the installer again.
c. Select Modify.
d. Click the Install link next to TRITON AP-EMAIL.
e. Select TRITON AP-DATA Email Gateway.
f. Complete the Email Gateway installation wizard.

Configure Exchange Online
a. Log onto Office365 and click Exchange.
b. Add a new mail flow connector that routes mail from
Office 365 to a Cooperative Partner or Organizer.
c. Specify the domain that email should be routed from.
d. Specify the IP address of the
Email Gateway virtual
appliance as the
route machine.
