Helped budget, spreading the cost out over multiple years "Check-out" device using our library Destiny system Tips for Success ● ● ● "Check-out" our device using our library Destiny system a. Barcode all of the devices and check in/out is much easier. b. Run "help desk" in LMC. If a student has an issue they bring in their device, it is checked it in, check them out a temporary device, then techs fix it...once repaired the student returns/swaps devices. c. Alphabetize our devices to make sure our students get the same chromebook each year. Going all in with GAFE is a must. Teachers, administrators, PTOs should always go through IT for purchasing devices & setting up management (don’t go to Best Buy) Contact Information Dr. Jenna Linskens Email: [email protected] Twitter: @2teach_edtech Resources G Suite for Education IT Guide - https://www.google.com/edu/it/ GAFE and Chromebooks Admin Console Best Practices and Tips - Tech & Learning - http://www.techlearning.com/blogentry/9268 Images through - Pixabay, WikiCommons Thank You!
