Importance of Parlimentary Procedure:
- To adapt to needs of group you have to
be flexible.

what it means to be demcratic
- Protection of Rights means everyone is
treated the same
- Imparitial hearing is when everyone has
their own voice

1. Obtian floor- address Chairman/chairwoman, give name
2. Make motion- Say “ I make a motion that
we...”
3.Wait- Wait for someone to second the
motion. IF their is no second, the motion is
dead
4.The Chair person states the motion again
5. Add to Motion- Members dicuss the
motion
6. Decide the Vote- if there are no more
