To view a demonstration
Go to the www.flexischools.com.au website on either a
computer or mobile device and in the ‘Enter School
Here’ box, type a few letters from our school name.
Click the school name when it appears above.
Please note: some versions of Internet Explorer may not work – please
try another browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Chrome.
What does it cost?
It is free to register. The
online menu is the same
price as the usual menu.
However, there is a 25c
Tuckshop order fee to
help pay for the labels
and the website system.
There is no online fee for
Uniform Shop orders or other P&C services.
What payment methods can I use?
FlexiSchools accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard,
Bank Transfer and PayPal. To perform a bank transfer to
your FlexiSchools account, click ‘Topup Account’ when
logged into the FlexiSchools website and select ‘Bank
Transfer’; you will be given your unique EFT code. You
can then deposit funds via your bank’s internet facility
or at your branch.
> Click ‘Register’
> Enter your email address, then choose
whether you are a parent, staff member or
both.
> If you are a parent, enter your child/s
name, school and class, and add funds
(say $50) into a pre-paid account
(recommended). Top up fees may apply
depending on payment method. You can
also pay at the time of each order if you
prefer, but additional fees may apply.
> You can log into the website at any time
to place orders. Tuckshop orders close at
8.30am on the day of delivery; Uniform
Shop orders close 4.30pm the day prior to
delivery.
> As purchases are made, the funds are
taken from your pre-paid account. The
account can be topped up again in the
same way, or set to automatically top-up
via credit card when the balance falls
below a pre-set minimum.
> Each order is automatically sent to the
relevant convenor. For Tuckshop, an easyto-read label is produced with the
student’s name, class and order details.
At morning tea, students can simply pick
up their order without the need for cash. At
lunchtime, orders are delivered to the
classrooms.
> Uniform Shop orders will be delivered via
classrooms or can be collected from the
Uniform Shop on Tuesday or Thursday from
8.15-9.15am (your choice).
