Fees are as follows: Entry Fees: $35 per division, $20 Stonehouse Equitation or per class, $10 un-judged warm-up Banquet Benefit Fun class – $5 per person – money raised will help with banquet awards and activities. Stonehouse Classic - $20 Office Fee: $5 per horse Registration Fee of $40 to become a member of the Schooling Series to accrue points and includes one banquet meal ticket– you must be a member before the show starts to accrue points. Stalls: $30 including bedding $10 Late fee for the following: all phone entries, entries with no coggins or entries received after Thursday before the show. Lease and Coaching fees will be paid separate Rules and Regulations: 1. Stonehouse Stables, Inc. will not be responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property on the grounds before, during, or after any event. 2. No stallions allowed on show grounds. 3. Stonehouse Stables reserves the right to refuse any entry, to change the time schedule, to combine classes, or change judges at any time. 4. Entries must be submitted the Thursday prior to the start of the show. If late, a $10 late fee per horse will be charged. Phone entries will be charged an additional $10.00. 5. Any entry that schools but does not show will be charged a $25.00 schooling fee. 6. Points and ribbons will be awarded for 1st – 6th in each class and Champion and Reserve will be awarded in each division. Points will follow VHSA rules. 7. Points will count, with membership, to Stonehouse Stables Winter Series. An awards banquet will be held at the end of the series. 8. ASTM approved hard hats must be worn by juniors and adults at all times while mounted. 9. Dogs are not encouraged at the show. Dogs not on leashes or barking may be asked to leave. 10. Stalls are limited and will be given out by management only. 11. Schooling is available two hours prior to the start of the show, weather permitting. 12. Stonehouse Stables Hunter Classic – (March 3rd only) Pre-Short Stirrup Equitation: Open to junior riders 12 and under. Judged on the riders’ correct position at the walk, trot, canter, and two cross rails. Rider may cross enter into the pleasure division only. Un-judged Short/ Long Stirrup Warm Up: Open to short/ long stirrup entries only – to be run with the division. Short/ Long Stirrup Equitation: Open to riders who have not shown over 2’. Two courses made up of at least four 18” jumps and a flat class in which the riders must demonstrate various equitation skills. Trotting jumps is permissible. Riders may not cross enter into any other division but pleasure. Stonehouse Hunter Pleasure: Open to all riders on horses and ponies. Will be judged according to suitability, soundness, and way of going. Un-judged Warm up – Open to all entries; will run with division at respective heights. Management has the right to cancel or shorten courses at any time. Professional Hunter Division – Open to professional riders on horses or ponies to jump 2’, 2’6”, 2’9 or 3’. To be judged on performance of the horse. Student Equitation: Limited to those riders who have not won more than 9 blue ribbons in a horse show over a full 2’ course as of November 1, 2011. Riders may only cross enter into pleasure or Stonehouse Hunter, jumps at 2’. Stonehouse Equitation: Riders to jump one course of fences at 2’, 2’6”, 2’9” or 3’. Judged 100% on Equitation. At least ¼ class to return to hack, 50% jumps/ 50% flat work or a test. To be judged on performance of the horse. Stonehouse Stables Hunter Classic – Rider must be a Winter Series member and have shown in 2 or more winter shows plus the March 3rd show over 2’ course. The second round of your division will count as the first round of your Classic. Banquet Benefit Fun Class - $5 per entry. All riders must be entered in at least one division in the show to use a school horse. Some classes may have age and skill requirements. See rules posted in office for details. All fees raised in this class will go to help with the Winter Series “Red Carpet” banquet.
