Sub: Arrangement of Accommodation for Chargeable Guests
Of late, it has been observed that there is a manifold increase in the inflow of chargeable
guests to Duliajan. As per practice, we provide accommodation to these chargeable guests at our
guest house subject
to availability. However, in case of non-availability of guest houses, we
anange for their accommodation in hotels in Tinsukia and Dibrugarh.
For administrative convenience, Competent Authority has decided to discontinue the
of providing hotel accommodation to the chargeable guests through Administration
Department. Therefore, from now onwards, if guest house accommodation cannot be provided to
process
the chargeable guest due to non-availability of rooms, Administration department will not
arrange for hotel accommodation for chargeable guests.
To facilitate all concerned, we are enclosing herewith a list of hotels available in Tinsukia
and Dibrugarh along with the address and contact numbers.
All
concerned are requested o be guided accordingly.
