How the MK-Ultra Gate Culpable and Knowledgeable Behaved in the Diplomatic Back-Channel Right After Publication of the Book There’s no way Obama et al. can say they didn’t see it coming. The “it” refers, of course, to the publication, marketing and promotion of A President’s Worst Nightmare. They heard the Canadian lawyer say in March and many times thereafter that if there was no follow through by late August, he’d resign from the political wing of the coalition and pursue measures that would deliver him the what he’s sought all these years and help his coalition partners achieve what eluded them only because of most egregious abuses of power and abdications of national security responsibility. It’s now more evident than ever that tempting fate is the mantra of those who have the most to lose. It’s inconceivable those involved in or have links to MK-Ultra Gate would underestimate the coalition or its Canadian representative. They’d watch him navigate in and around and through a plethora of obstacles and barriers over the years and come out at the far end cognitively stronger and more knowledgeable and geo-competent than when he entered the designed-tofail maze. And they witnessed how what was directed at the Chinada High Command be turned on those at the center of the scandal. When the book was officially complete on Sunday, November 24th, he immediately launched the promotion and marketing campaign. He started the day before by calling the tech support behind ‘Canada Law Topics’ - Carl Schepannek, who he hadn’t spoken to since March 2002 - ten and a half years ago - when the project was in the process of being fatally sabotaged to keep him a perpetually enslaved, tortured lab monkey. Within 24 hours the domain name ‘worst-nightmare.com’ was registered and the beginnings of what would be a slick marketing platform would be operational. The day after the unofficial completion of the manuscript President Obama decides to acknowledge in a publicly cryptic manner this milestone in the Canadian’s road to emancipation and his demise. He arranges to go Christmas shopping with his two kids to, of all places, a bookstore; but not just any bookstore. The location is chosen because the retailer’s name says something about what he was doing that day: One More Page Books - i.e., one more page in a multi-ten-thousand page diplomacy archive. [quantum, Erin M.] Obama does a little Christmas shopping on "Small Business Saturday" by Lindsey Boerma CBS News November 24, 2012 Read article Hoping to encourage other Americans to participate in "Small Business Saturday" as an alternative to big chain-friendly Black Friday, President Obama today visited an Arlington, Va., bookstore to cross some items off his family's Christmas list. Accompanied by his daughters Sasha and Malia, the president journeyed across the river to One More Page Books, which the White House described as an "independent, neighborhood bookstore." The first time he steps into the public spotlight after the eBook is officially on the market and hours after commencing marketing and promotion by contacting the one collection of organizations in the U.S. that has the ability to fatally wound his administration - the Tea Party - he and the Speaker of the House, who gains from his departure, give press conferences on the Fiscal Cliff. Both cringe and grimace throughout in the knowledge that exposure, scandal and accountability are forthcoming since quantum wasn’t. The first outward sign of inward anxiety comes when he hears himself (i) describe what the scandal’s going to do to his family and others’ kin caught up in the web of deceit and unlawfulness and (ii) how Americans are going to learn of, discuss, debate and mobilize in vast numbers to oust him and the rest of them from office. Today's important because I want to make sure everybody understands this debate is not just about numbers; it's a set of major decisions [0:57: grimace] that are going to affect millions of families all across this country [pic1] in very significant ways [pic2]; and their voices - the voices of the American people - have to be part of this debate [pic3]. Another sign of stress is triggered when hearing himself say that the scandal’s going to drag his entire administration down. That’s followed by another reaction upon appreciating he had “right now” options to placate the coalition by following through on their primary demand since the epiphany. He declined, for whatever reason, every single day for over a year and a half to exercise that which would have terminated the controversy. So who can feel empathy for him; and who’d challenge the argument he ought not face the full wrath of the American people and be recorded in history for all time as the U.S. leader who engaged in an abominable set of policies and practices? ... that makes businesses less likely to invest and hire; which means fewer jobs. And that can drag our entire economy down [grimace]. Now the good news is there's a better option [grimace] . Right now as we speak... He employs a Clooney M. to draw attention to the fact that the Canadian’s going to - finally - get a break. Everything he’s tried since commencing the Federal Court lawsuit in September 2002 that sought to procure freedom and compensation didn’t go his way. And now, from his estimation, he going to get both - and at a cost personally and professionally that couldn’t be more of a worst case scenario. ... by a single dime. Even the wealthiest Americans would still get a tax cut on the first $250,000 of their income. [4:02: Cl.M.] So it's not like folks who make more than 250,000 aren't getting a tax break too. They're getting a break on the first 250,000 just like everybody else. Families and small businesses would therefore be able to enjoy some piece of mind [cringe] heading into Christmas and heading into the new year [cringe]. Throughout the press conference there’s a woman immediately behind him that not once looks anything but happy to be there. Her demeanour in the context of what’s going on is interpreted as someone in the know who is profoundly upset because she’s watching a man whose in an inescapable vortex of self-destruction; who’s imminently going to be exposed, condemned and either impeached or compelled to resign. Again, he hears in his prepared remarks massive parallels with current circumstances: (i) millions are about to discover that which must now be revealed, (ii) and they’re going to rise up and demand Congress do what it didn’t have the ability to do only because former President Richard Nixon bolted for the exits. So my point here today is to say let's approach this problem with the middle class in mind. The folks who are behind me [cringe & worried woman behind him] and the millions of people across the country who they represent [grimace]. Now the American people are watching what we do. Middle class families, folks who are workin' hard to get into the middle class, they're watching what we do right now [grimace]. If there's one thing that I've learned, when the American people speak loudly enough, lo and behold, Congress listens [grimace]. The immediately foregoing parallel is repeated and which cannot but trigger deep seated feelings of anxiety - the realization that exposure will necessitate congresswomen and men conducting an impeachment hearing and concluding his behavior is so intolerable that he must be shown the door. He concludes this excerpt with the expression that became his trademark demeanour - triggered by him predicting that exposure worked “sure enough it worked’. During our last big fight to protect middle class families tens of thousands of working American called and Tweeted and emailed their representatives asking them to do the right thing [6:43: grimace, and woman behind him]; and sure enough it worked [grimace and slant]. [...] So, the lesson is when enough people get involved we have a pretty good track record to actually makin' Congress work [7:09: grimace]. And that's important... When he says the first twelve words of this excerpt he realizes again he didn’t both prior to and after the epiphany and thus he must be held accountable. The specifics in this instance involve his offer in late July 2009 to meet with the Canadian lawyer - which was disingenuous; and his repeating it after embroiled in scandal - now proven to also be deceitful and manipulative. He again grimaces when saying that which draws attention the fact it’s now too late to “get this issue resolved”, i.e., the quantum - entitlement matter that had it been would have avoided what’s in the process of occurring. ... and I want to assure the American people I'm doing my part [8:50: grimace]. I'm sitting down with labor leaders. I'm talking to leaders in Congress. I am ready and able and willing and excited to go ahead and get this issue resolved [9:03: grimace] ... The self-caused suffering continues into the 9 th minute; this time understanding that he should have, but didn’t “go ahead and get that done” - the “that” meaning following through on transferring to the Canadian’s possession that which Congress allocated in February. Had he and the Attorney General done so his election-returned administration would have it “a lot easier”. And since we all theoretically agree on that we should go ahead and get that done [9:23: grimace]. If we get that done a lot of the other stuff will be a lot easier [grimace]. So [grimace] ... Three words are next uttered that would - obviously - cause him, as would anybody in his shoes, to grimace, and grimace really hard. And I'll go anywhere and I'll do whatever it takes to get this done. It's too important for Washington, ah, to screw this up [9:53: grimace]. His second use of the lexicon as he’s revealing how much the scandal’s gotten to him appears to be him indicating the White House or some other component of his administration would make contact with the Canadian to resolve outstanding matters and avert the doomsday scenario. Then, as would be expected, he grimaces hard again because the words of his speech force him to realize that time really is of the essence and it’s within his power to avert this inevitable crisis. Tweet... or email [10:50: O-S M.] - post it on a member of Congress' Facebook wall. Do what it takes to communicate a sense of urgency. We don't have a lot of time here, [grimace]. We got a few weeks to get this thing done [grimace, lady]. We could get it done tomorrow [grimace]. As the press conference approaches its conclusion his words continue to draw parallels. The next stress-triggering remark is an acknowledgement that the coalition membership is “confident” in its ability to bring about that which he dreads the most. That’s supplemented by his final words which recall the Canadian’s argument that the scandal will be so traumatic in Washington that it’ll compel everyone who’s responsible for extreme partisan paralysis to rethink their posture. Exposure, impeachment proceedings and everything else will be tantamount to hitting the reset button; where moderation will set in, replacing that which will most certainly lead to a further deterioration of America as the paradigm to be aspired to and replicated. Spread the word to your friends and family, your co-workers, your neighbors; then I am confident we will get it done [11:22: grimace]; and we will put American on the right track not just for next year, but for many years to come [grimace, woman]. All right? Thank-you very much everybody [big grimace and turns away, walks out grimacing heavily]. View video He walks off stage cognizant of the fate that awaits him for being intransigent, dismissive and, most unpalatable, arrogant, belligerent and thinking that he could conspiritorally prolong the R&D program without consequences. When the next President of the United States takes the podium, he too is grim faced in the knowledge that the only way he ascended to the ‘throne’ of superpower status and uber-historical significance was through the most infrequently used methodology of succession. The Speaker of the House, in TV and film lingo, repeatedly ‘speaks to camera’; in other words, he wanted to make direct eye contact with the coalition and Canadian to affirm his determination to avert a historic crisis of monumental proportions. He first does so to assure those who have the ability to remove a sitting President he’s going to press on to find a way out of the impasse. ... balanced approach to this issue. Ah, and we're going to continue to [Faith M.] work with the President to try to resolve this in a way [0:51: grimace], ah, that is fair for the American people [grimace]. We all know that we've had this spending crisis [0:58: Faith M.] coming at us like a freight train [grimace]. And it has to be dealt with. And in order to [Faith M.] come to an agreement, Republicans are willing... [...] I'm optimistic that we can continue to work together to avert this crisis [1:22: Faith M.] sooner rather than later. When former candidate for Vice-President - and former Chairman of the House Budget Committee who with the Speaker contributed to the February 17th pronouncement - takes the podium, observable is what occurred during with the President’s press conference: a woman is positioned behind Congressman Paul Ryan who also doesn’t look like a happy camper. He too speaks directly to those who have just as much an ability to cause fatal consequences for MK-Ultra co-colluders as those who said they’d done that which placated the coalition and failed to ensure there was follow through. It’s his position that the Republican majority in the House did what was required to satisfy the coalition’s demands - allocate the funds necessary to satisfy the quantum issue. He adds confirmation of what’s important at this stage - deal with this pending crisis. As the Speaker said, we have done our part [2:00: Faith M.] - we have put revenues on the table. It's something we didn't do two years ago during the [eye lids flicker] debt ceiling negotiations. We still [2:21: Faith M] believe that it is most important for us to address the economic situation that... [...] ... and that's why we take the position and believe strongly [2:21: Faith M.] that... Then the Speaker returns to the podium and is almost Brian Williams styled sucker punched with Fourth Estate insistence that his abdications carry a heavy burden, considering he’s third in line in presidential succession. A wide pan creates the opportunity for a member of the Washington Press Core to execute a geo-gesture - in this instance a George W M.. Moments later a reporter questioning him jams him with geo-gestures, including a B-Clinton M., to put it to him that his days enjoying a scandal free environment hangs in the balance - the kind of behavior you'd expect from a livid news media that’s lost respect for Washington powerbrokers and which has maneuvered itself to be at the football field’s 50 yard line ready to receive a Tea Party exposure ball, whereby it can run to the end zone and score a democracy protecting Super Bowl championship. The House Speaker walks out of the press briefing in exactly the same way as the President - having just realized again the press core won’t let him and the rest of the Republican leadership get away with what may have been a massive deception viz. February’s pronouncement. View video Anxiety, stress and trepidation affect different people differently. The way it materialized in another culpable party, the Vice-President, occurred on November 29th - five days after the official publication date. Joe Biden Esq. walked into a newly opened D.C. Costco store and embellished the purchase of a whole bunch of kids books for Christmas - thus replicating what President Obama did a day before the launch date. Helping in high profiling this kind of mea culpa conduct was the Watergatecentral Washington Post uploading an Obama identifying 12 photographs of him shopping and arranging for his symbolic purchase of A President’s Worst Nightmare to be pic number eight. White House YouTube footage includes him engaging in this capitulationappearing behavior. We see him [@ 0:16] tapping his fingers nervously on the pile of publications he’s just erected to draw attention to the objective of his actions. And in another video we see him [@ 3:38] piling them high and grimacing as he’s doing so. Was this a unilateral act or designed to double up on the acknowledgement of this milestone in coalition history? It’s likely the latter; meant to underscore they’re cognizant of what’s evolving. Were the two excursions instances of arrogance or clinical denial that makes this a ‘we’re invincible, insulated and immune’ posture? Their track record - including the President’s multiple bird flippin’s and the VP’s remarks during the September 2011 taping of ‘The View’ - make it more likely than not.
