The vineyard is situated on the southeast side of
the southern part of Ardèche and extends from the
initial terraces of the Rhone Valley to the Cevennes
Mountain Range.
Grapes : Grenache, la Syrah, Merlot et Cabernet-Sauvignon.
Tasting Notes : This wine is a bright and shiny ruby color. It is a fruity red, exhaling aromas
of black currant and red berries. Round and supple, this wine boasts matter, finesse and good
balance.
Food and Wine Pairing : This is the ideal partner for everyday drinking, and can be served
as of the appetizer through to the cheese platter.
