For the last fund drive of 2015, we have partnered with Fairfield’s OPERATION HOPE to
provide grocery gift cards for those in need to make their holiday a little bit brighter.
Our supporters will have the option of adding $5 to their pledge that will be matched by
WPKN to purchase a $10 grocery gift card for needy families during the holiday season.
John Coltrane Special Tribute
Monday 11/30 - programming will be dedicated to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the
release of A Love Supreme, by John Coltrane, one of the greatest and most important
jazz albums in history.
Pledge $125 John Coltrane A Love Supreme complete masters super deluxe 3 CD set
contains the entire recording sessions from December of 1962 digitally remastered
along with a live version of the compete ALS recorded Live at Festival Mondial du Jazz in
Antibes on 7/26/65.
