The Evil Clown

It was Saturday evening. It was
seven o’clock. The circus was about
to begin.
First, the ring master came out into
the circus ring to welcome the
people.

Then the lions came out and
performed tricks with their trainer.
Next, the jugglers came out and did
lots of amazing tricks with balls.

The elephants came out after that.
They climbed up on each other and
the baby elephant had a ball on his
trunk.

When the elephants were finished, a
clown came out in a tiny clown car
and he started acting the fool. He
crashed into the side of the circus
ring. He jumped out of the clown
car and smashed his head on the
ground. He jumped off a trampoline
and landed on the ringmaster. The
audience laughed and laughed.

Suddenly, the clown took a freeze
gun out of his pocket. He pointed it
at the people who were laughing and
pulled the trigger. The people who
had been laughing turned into ice.
The rest of the audience became
terrified.
They ducked down
underneath their seats.

Three enormous muscle men ran into
the circus ring to grab the evil
clown. The muscle men reached out
to pull the clown away but before
they could, the evil clown froze
them with his freeze gun.
The
audience at this stage were so
frightened that they were shaking.

Wizard Womble walked quickly and
quietly into the circus ring behind
the evil clown and quickly cast a
spell. The evil clown turned into ice.
Then Wizard Womble made the ice
melt off the people in the audience
and the muscle men. Everyone was
so relieved and clapped. However,
no-one dared to laugh.

Everyone watched closely as the evil
clown, who was now ice, melted and
melted until all that was left of him
was a little pool of water on the
ground. All the people got up to
leave. It was then that the water
seemed to speak.
“I will be back. Make no mistake.”
