What is the Amcor Accelerated
Career Development Program?
• A three-year program – but a permanent opportunity
(it’s all about creating a pipeline of future leaders)
• A chance to make an immediate impact – you’ll take on
tworoles in Sales, Marketing, Procurement or Strategy,
each lasting for 18 months
• An opportunity to go global – there will be international
relocations and you’ll be responsible for projects that
go beyond borders

Who are we looking for?
• Ambitious, collaborative and commercially-­savvy graduates
with a Masters or MBA and around five years’ experience
• People who are driven to outperform – leadership potential
is also a must
• People who can bring a strong customer focus, an innovative,
dynamic, courageous and pragmatic approach, exceptional
business English and fluency in at least one other language

• Pass the video interview and you’ll be interviewed
by one of our assessors over the phone
• If you impress, you’ll be invited to one of our three
assessment centres – 20 people will then be invited
to join our Accelerated Career Development Program
