We have read the bank’s supplied material related to Instant@dvice. We are aware that this service applies only to documentary
credits (DCs) and their amendment(s) transmitted to and from HSBC via the SWIFT Telecommunication Network and the bill advices
listed at the end of this agreement. Additionally, we are aware that any DC or amendment(s) and any advice transmitted to us by
HSBC via email or other electronic means is for information only and copies of DC or amendment(s) so transmitted to us are
non-negotiable instruments. We agree to receive the Instant@dvice service to be provided by means of emails or faxes and
we also agree to abide by the following provisions:

With regards to Instant@dvice Service, we wish to receive the original DCs and Amendments as instructed below:
□ We will pick up the original DC and Amendments at your counters. We undertake to provide proper identification and full payment
of any related Bank Fees as electronically advised.
□ HSBC will dispatch the original instructions via courier by EMS to our above address for the attention of the person designated
below. EMS will collect full payment of any related Bank Fees as electronically advised from us on behalf of HSBC.

Important Notice: Please carefully review all the terms and conditions herein (in particular the underlined clauses). If you have

query or doubt, please promptly seek clarification from the staff of HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited.
We accept that any electronic communication may be subject to interruption, transmission blackout, delayed or incorrect
data transmission. We acknowledge and accept that messages sent via email or other electronic means may not be secure
or error-free as they may be intercepted, corrupted or lost or may arrive late or contain viruses.
We agree and accept that HSBC does not have a liability for any losses, damages or compensation arising from errors or
omissions or lost or non-arrival of messages sent via email or other electronic means.

We undertake that upon discovery of any wording and / or explanation and / or direction in any electronic copy of DCs, their
amendments and / or advices provided by the Bank that conflicts with our original agreement with the counterparty of the
relevant transaction, we shall notify the Bank in writing and request for re-confirmation within three days from our receipt
of the relevant email from the Bank, failing which we will not hold the Bank liable for any losses suffered by us therefrom.
We also agree that due to the limited time of retention of the original notifications (usually thirty days from the date of
sending), a statement / report printed from the Bank’s terminal indicating the times and destinations in connection with the
emails
sent to the email addresses designated by ourselves shall be the conclusive evidence of the electronic notifications sent.
The Bank has reminded us of the potential risks that underlie the above terms and conditions, and we are fully aware of the
rights and obligations of the Bank and ourselves hereunder. We are willing to accept the services to be provided by the
Bank by sending the electronic copies of DCs, their amendments and / or advices to us via email or other electronic means,
and we agree to undertake the obligations and liabilities hereunder.
We agree that without prejudice to any right of assignment enjoyed by the Bank under any applicable law or any other documents,
the Bank may, without our consent, assign any and / or all of its rights and obligation hereunder to any HSBC Group Member that is
more than 50% owned or controlled by HSBC Group.
□ We do NOT agree to receive communication regarding the Instant@dvice service (including system enhancement, new features
introduction and service outage notification) via emails provided above in any kind.
□ We do NOT agree to receive communication regarding HSBC product promotion, marketing information and advertisement via
emails provided above in any kind.
We have carefully reviewed all the terms and conditions herein. HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited has made reasonably
sufficient explanations to these terms and conditions in the way satisfactory to us. We hereby agree to any terms and conditions
herein.
