Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty & Coil Brightener
Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty - Concentrate
Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty – Concentrate is a self-rinsing
coil cleaner for cleaning evaporator coils. A blend
of surfactants, cleaners, degreasers and corrosion
inhibitors remove stubborn deposits. Product has selfrinsing power when the system produces considerable
amounts of condensation to facilitate rinsing.
•For outdoor use only. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and gloves
while using this product.
•Turn power off.
•Apply using a low-pressure sprayer. Use 1 part Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty – Concentrate
to 5 parts water. Add fresh water to sprayer first, and then add the cleaner.
•Spray cleaning solution onto dirty coils or evaporator plates. Make sure when
cleaning electronic air filters, to wet all surfaces of the plates with cleaning solution.
•For dirty coils, allow to remain in contact for 5 to 10 minutes. For plates, allow
to remain in contact for 5 to 15 minutes.
•Rinse thoroughly with water. If the unit is equipped with sprayers, use for
rinsing the system. If hot water is available, use instead of cold water.
•For self-rinsing, dilute 1 part Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty – Concentrate to 40 parts water.
This is only effective when sufficient condensation is produced from the system.
Coil Brightener - Concentrate
Coil Brightener – Concentrate is used for
restoring brightness to aluminum condensers.
It removes oil, grease, and provides a mild
controlled etch of metal surface, which minimizes
metal loss while restoring surface brightness.
•For outdoor use only. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and
gloves while using this product.
•Turn off the power.
•Apply using low pressure sprayer. Add water first to sprayer and then
add an equal amount of Coil Brightener – Concentrate.
•Foaming will occur to push dirt outward from coils. For heavy dirt use
3 parts fresh water to one part cleaner. For moderate dirt use 10 parts
fresh water, to one part cleaner.
•Wait 3 to 5 minutes.
•Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
NOTE: Do not use Coil Cleaner Heavy Duty – Concentrate undiluted or any stronger than one part
cleaner to three parts water for cleaning electronic air filters and coils.

Scale Remover - Concentrate
Concentrate
Scale Remover – Concentrate is an acid based solution for use on equipment with heavy scale build
up and includes low foaming corrosion inhibitors. Its fast penetration effectively dissolves hard to
remove build up of scale in cooling systems. An antifoam additive reduces foam during the cleaning
process to prevent wasted acid and ensure safety.
•Take care to remove sludge from sump, close the bleed line and refill with fresh water. Recommend wearing protective eyewear and gloves while
using this product.
•Combine 1 gallon Scale Remover – Concentrate to each 15 gallons of water.
•Start the pump and return to normal operation.
•Active cleaner is red in color and when neutralized becomes yellow. When the solution becomes yellow, more liquid scale remover is needed. Add
another dose equal to the first. Continue to repeat this process until cleaning solution has maintained the red color for 20 to 40 minutes.
•If you cannot see the cleaning solution, check solution with pH litmus strips every 15 to 20 minutes. If system contains a large amount of dirt and
debris, check solution with pH strips. (Refer to instruction card provided with pH strips.)
•Once cleaning is completed, in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations drain the waste solution from system. (Do not
drain to lawns or where plants may be damaged.)
•Rinse out system by filling the system with fresh water twice.
•Refill sump, open bleed and resume to normal operation.
NOTE: Do not leave cleaning solution in system longer than necessary and not for more than 4 hours. Do not use on stainless steel or aluminum. Do not exceed recommended concentration when using for
cleaning galvanized metal, damage can result.
