Oldcrowsmokehouse.com
Wood-smoked BBQ, Moonshine and
country music are the essence of
the Old Crow Smokehouse brand.
The brainchild of Chicago restaurateurs Sam Sanchez
and Michael Gonzalez with culinary support from Fox’s
Master Chef Finalist Tony Scruggs, Old Crow
Smokehouse welcomes guests to a place where the
drinks are cold, the music is country and the BBQ is
simply mouthwatering.
There are currently three Old Crow Smokehouse
properties; two located in Chicago and one in Southern
California with a rapid expansion plan for 2017/2018.

THE DECOR
The dining room and bar
areas of all Old Crow
locations are designed with
the concept of city meets
country, laying the
groundwork for a unique
experience.
Industrial elements such
as steel clad columns,
corrugated metal at the
bars and polished concrete
floors pay homage to an
urban background. This
industrial edge is softened
with a juxtaposition of
rustic barn wood
throughout the space.
Reclaimed barn wood clads
the walls in variations of
weathered grey,
schoolhouse red and
pastoral brown barn board
that harken back to simpler
days in the country.

THE BBQ
Old Crow Smokehouse pays homage to the diverse BBQ
styles served across the USA. Award-Winning Executive
Chef Tony Scruggs describes the Old Crow style of BBQ
as “Chicago Style” in which he blends the best of the
main BBQ styles found across the country to create a
truly unique taste. Scruggs uses his own secret blend
of Applewood and other fruit woods in the smoker, and
uses his signature “Scruggs Rubs” throughout the menu
from the barbecue sauce to the seasoning on the handcut fries.
The smoked BBQ menu includes favorites such as
smoked brisket, pulled pork and beer can chicken
which spend anywhere between 12-14 hours smoking
and filling their respective neighborhoods with an
amazing, hunger-inducing aroma.
