EMIRATES
The following terms and conditions apply to the
SportPesa Road to Arsenal Promotion (the
"Promotion") Any participation in the Promo­
tion amounts to acceptance of the terms and
conditions applied;
f.The Promotion Period
(a)The Promotion will run from 0000 hours 5th
September 2016 to 2359 hours 30th September
2016 ("Promotion Period").
2. Eligibility and Entry
(a)The Promotion is open to current and new
SportPesa customers (Subscribers).
3.Current SportPesa customers are automatically
eligible to enter into the draw once they SMS the
word 'ARSENAL' to 79079.
4.New customers rtiay subscribe to the draw by
sending an SMS with the word 'ARSENAL' to 79079
and must accept to be bound by the terms and
conditions of SportPesa.Once they accept the
terms and conditions they automatically become
account holders of SportPesa.
S.Subscribers must be eighteen (18) years and
above to participate in the Promotion.
6.Entry into the draw is activated via placing a bet
on SportPesa platform.
7.Tickets bought for the PAMBAZUKA lottery
through the SportPesa platform are not eligible for
the 'Road to Arsenal promotion'
8.Each bet placed with the minimum Kenya
Shillings One Hundred (KES.100) amounts to an
entry into the promotion draw.
9.Where a bet placed has a stake that is more than
Kenya Shillings One Hundred (KES.100) but less
than the nearest multiple of Kenya Shillings One
Hundred (KES.100), then that amount will be
rounded down to the nearest 100 for the purpose
of computation of entries.
fO.Your entry will be deemed to have been
received by SportPesa ten minutes after the
subscriber has placed the bet and NOT the time of
placing a bet.

To check your Entries into the Balance Subscribers
will text 'Arsenal' to> 79079.
12. Prizes
(a)No Frequent Flyier points will be rewarded as
part of this prize.
(b)Award ticket is non­transferable and non­re­

telephone call from SportPesa through the promo­
tion number 0709 079 079.
(b)The Grand Prize will be collected from the 3rd
Floor, The Chancery Building, Valley Road. The
winners will meet the costs of collecting the Prize
from SportPesa.
15.Notification of Winners
(a)lf you win the Prize, SportPesa will contact you
through the number 0709 079 079.
(b)SportPesa will make two (2) call attempts over a
thirty (30) minute period within a one (1) hour
period to contact you. If you do not answer any of
the call attempts within the prescribed period and
identify yourself, you will be deemed to have
forfeited the chance of winning the prize.
(c)For the avoidance of doubt, missed calls and
calls diverted to voice mail will not be deemed to
have been answered for purposes of the Promo­
tion.
f&Other terms and conditions
(a)SportPesa reserves the right to verify the validity
of entries and to disqualify any entrant who
tampers with the entry process, including but not
limited to canvassing or submitting an entry that is
not in accordance with these terms and
conditions.
(b)The prizes are non­transferable and no cash or
other alternative shall be offered for the prizes.
(c)By accepting the prize, you will be deemed to
have granted SportPesa the right to use and
publish your name and picture in such media as
SportPesa may choose (including but not limited
to the internet) for information, advertising and
promotional purposes without additional consid­
eration.
(d)SportPesa reserves the right (subject to any
direction from BCLB) to suspend or terminate the
Promotion or amend these terms and conditions
at any time for any technical or commercial
reason. Any amendment to these terms and
conditions shall be published: on the SportPesa
website www.sportpesa.com; and in at least one
daily newspaper.
(e)The award of the prizes shall be subject to the
authentication of the ownership of the winning
subscriber number through the presentation of
such documentation as shall be considered
suitable for verification by SportPesa including but
deemable for cash.
(c)Winning tickets, hotel, tours and other items
cannot be rerouted or changed after issue.
13. Draws & Selection of Winners
(a)A draw will be conducted at such time as may be
set by SportPesa in consultation with the Betting
Control and Licensing Board (BCLB).
(b)The draw will be held on the 1st of October 2016
on live television, which will be announced at a
date to be indicated on local dailies, radios and
print media.
(c)SportPesa and BCLB will select the winners via a
draw that is based on random computer selection.
(d)AII draws on the winners by BCLB and SportPe­
sa shall be final and binding.
(e)lf your entry does not win in one draw, it
remains eligible up until the conclusion of the
promotion.
(Winners will be published on local daily newspa­
pers, radio, television, the SportPesa website and
any other media as SportPesa may choose from
time to time.
14. Disbursement of Prizes
not limited to any of the following forms of identifi­
cation: original Identification Card/original
Passport/original Birth Certificate.
(f)Employees of SportPesa, Betting Control and
Licensing Board and any other supplier or third
party directly involved with the facilitation of this
Promotion and their immediate families and
dependants shall not be eligible to participate in
this Promotion. Each prize winner will be required
to declare or affirm in the Form of Discharge that
they do not belong to any of the restricted groups
of persons.
(g)lf a subscriber is selected as the winner of a
prize and notified accordingly and the subscriber
does not claim the prize within a period of
fourteen (14) from the closing date of the Promo­
tion, the subscriber will be deemed to have
forfeited the same.
(h)Unless expressly stated in these Terms and
Conditions all other expenses are the responsibili­
ty of the winners including but not limited to
acquiring passports, spending money, transport to
and from departure and arrival points, transfers,
drinks, incidentals, mini­bar, laundry, room
