(SME & Sole Proprietor Customers)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CAMPAIGN
1. The Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“ABMB”) “Coffee On Us” Campaign (“Campaign”)
commences from 1 May 2014 until 31 March 2015; inclusive of both dates (“Campaign
Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
2. This Campaign is open only to selected customers and have received an exclusive
invitation from ABMB to participate in this campaign (“Eligible Customers”). The invitation is
not transferable to any other customers.
3. To be eligible for the Gift Reward, Eligible Customers must meet the following criteria:
3.1. Sign up for Alliance BizSmart Online Banking’s Transactional Package (“BizSmart”)
during the Campaign Period; and
3.2. Successfully perform payroll transactions within the first thirty (30) days upon
activation of BizSmart.
4. The Gift Reward will be determined by the number of payroll transactions performed by
Eligible Customers within the first thirty (30) days upon activation of BizSmart, as stipulated
in Table 1 below.

GIFT REWARD
5. Each Eligible Customers shall be entitled to only one (1) Gift Reward throughout the
Campaign Period. The Gift Reward is subject to stocks availability on a first come, first
served basis.
6. The Gift Reward featured in all advertisements and other marketing materials are for
illustration purposes only. The actual design may differ.
7. Delivery of Gift Reward will be made to the Eligible Customer’s current address within
Malaysia in ABMB’s records. Customers with a P.O. Box address or an overseas address
in ABMB’s records must contact their ABMB branch to provide an alternative address within
Malaysia for delivery of Gift Reward.
8. Please allow 60 days for delivery of Gift Reward after the date of the first payroll
transaction. For any unclaimed Gift Reward after two (2) weeks from date of initial delivery
or after two (2) delivery attempts, whichever occurs earlier, the Eligible Customer shall
have to personally collect the Gift Reward at the address stated on the courier advice slip
sent to the Eligible Customer.
9. The Eligible Customer shall bear the risk of loss and damage to the Gift Reward upon
receipt of the same. ABMB or its appointed representatives will not replace any defective,
lost, damaged or stolen Gift Reward upon receipt of the Gift Reward by the Eligible
Customer.
10. The Gift Reward is non-transferable to any third party and is not exchangeable for cash,
credit, cheque or other items in kind.
11. ABMB makes no representation or warranty with respect to the quality or sustainability of
the Gift Reward. ABMB reserves the right to select any color of the Gift Reward and to
substitute the Gift Reward with other item(s) of equivalent value which ABMB deems fit and
at its absolute discretion.
12. Eligible Customers are to deal directly with The OneLoyalty Marketing Sdn Bhd (827936M),
Contact Number: 603 - 7956 8111 and/or its authorised dealers for warranties and/or terms
and conditions specific to the installation, specifications, usage and operation of the Gift
Reward.
13. ABMB will not be liable whatsoever including but not limited to any support, warranty,
defects and malfunction relating to the Gift Reward. Any complaints or disputes concerning
the Gift Reward under this Campaign shall be settled directly between the Eligible
Customer and The OneLoyalty Marketing Sdn Bhd (827936M), Contact Number: 603 7956 8111 and/or its authorised dealers without any future recourse to ABMB.
GENERAL
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be supplemental to the existing terms and conditions
governing Alliance BizSmart Online Banking.
15. By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Customers agree to be bound by the Campaign
Terms and Conditions including any amendments or variations to it and unequivocally
accept the same in their entirely.
16. All decisions made by ABMB in respect of this Campaign shall be final and binding on all
Eligible Customers. No correspondence and/or appeal to dispute such decisions will be
entertained.
17. Any matters which are not covered under the Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be
determined by ABMB at its absolute discretion.
18. ABMB reserves the right at any time to amend, delete or add to the Campaign Terms and
Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion. For updated
versions of these Terms and Conditions, please visit ABMB’s website
www.alliancebank.com.my from time to time. Eligible Customers agree to access the
website at regular time intervals to view the Campaign Terms and Conditions and to ensure
they are kept up-to-date on any change or variation to the Terms and Conditions.
19. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the
Campaign Period shall not entitle the Eligible Customers to any claims or compensations
against ABMB for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible
Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension or
extension.
20. ABMB shall not be responsible nor liable howsoever in respect of any claims, loss and/or
damages of whatsoever nature howsoever arising or suffered by Eligible Customers
resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign.
21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the
laws of Malaysia and Eligible Customers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of
Malaysia.
