Happy Days is the perfect

home. We are a small family
run park ideally located in the
quieter area of Brean.
The park is only a stones throw
away from the local amenities
including convenience stores,
the post office, launderette,
restaurants and just a 5 minute
walk to the beach. Ideally
suited for the retired or
semi-retired.

The park is open from March November and has 24hr CCTV for
your security. The grounds are
carefully maintained to create a
relaxing place for you to enjoy your
stay. There are only 30 privately
owned holiday homes on site.

use only and cannot be used as
a permanent residence. Your site
licence will last up to 15 years if your
caravan is kept well maintained.
