Factsheet on
TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) Integrated Career Services
The TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) is tripartite initiative between the government,
industry and the NTUC, to better build the ICT workforce for the Singapore economy, and to
enhance the employability outcomes for individuals in the ICT profession.

TeSA Integrated Career Services supports one of the three key thrusts under TeSA,
the other two being Skills Framework for ICT; and Skills Acquisition and Validation. For more

TeSA Integrated Career Services is a tripartite-led support network by the government,
industry, and NTUC that aims to provide holistic career services for ICT professionals as well
as those who are looking to join the ICT sector as a profession.

Features of TeSA Integrated Career Services include:
a. Coordinated efforts tapping on the existing career services mechanism such as
physical touch-points at Workforce Singapore, e2i Career Centres and NTUC U PME
to provide career support;
b. The newly launched SCS Career Compass, a sectoral initiative under SkillsFuture
Career Advisors Programme to enhance existing career support efforts; and
c. Shared resources and knowledge to organise employment fairs, including both
physical and virtual fairs.

Together, TeSA Integrated Career Services aim to triple the opportunities for PMET
jobseekers to gain access to career opportunities in the ICT sector.
