to Inventory
By using technology & collaborating with others, we
continued to implement a Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) System and build an online portal
website.
These new systems help with the following:
 Inventory management
 Professional development certification tracking
 Order processing
 Educator feedback tracking
 Training registration
Also, with this CRM system, we were able to develop a
plan to reorganize our physical inventory and provide our
educators with information in real time. Using the portal,
educators are able to access online curriculum resources,
track their own professional development certifications,
manage their unit orders as well as keep their profiles
updated.
Overall, communicating with the educators we serve has
become easier and we are listening to our educators!

2015-2016 Impact
We Served
By The Numbers
65,000
The impact of providing inquiry-based approach to education
through our kit curriculum and supplies has been defined in the
LASER study performed on a national level by the Smithsonian
Science Education Center. The study “unequivocally
demonstrates that inquiry-based science improves student
achievement not only in science but also in reading & math”.
Therefore, not only does the first-hand learning experiences
we provide prepare students to be outstanding future
employees, but it also changes attitudes about STEM
occupations. Our educational resources connects learning
in the classroom to future uses of the information.
Furthermore, by collaborating with our education partners,
we are continuing to make changes to improve.
Steps towards a impact improvement:
 Professional Development Program restructure
(Train The Trainer Model Adoption)
 Reviewing Einstein-created curriculum
 Providing online curriculum resources
 Updated supported curriculum for all units offered
 Increasing quality checks on unit supplies/materials
