BUY A BUCKET CONTEST
CONTEST DETAILS:

Three prizes will be given away through the Buy A Bucket contest and drawn in this order:
o 2 round trip Alaska Airlines tickets
o 1 Apple watch
o 1 Charbroil commercial grill

Participants can buy or sell buckets to be entered into the raffle drawing. For each bucket purchased, 1 entry
will be given to the seller and 1 entry to the buyer.
o Example: John sells 10 buckets to Anita. John receives 10 contest entries and Anita receives 10 contest
entries.

No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing. Everyone is entitled one entry into the drawing without a
donation, but must sign up at http://nwboise.org/paint-the-town/buy-a-bucket/ to be entered.

To be given credit for selling buckets, you must:
o Form: Put your name & email address on the bottom right corner of the Buy A Bucket form
o Online: Have donor put seller’s name in the special instructions box on the donation form.

Contest entries, via Buy A Bucket forms and online donations, must be received between February 1, 2016 and
June 10, 2016.

NeighborWorks Boise intends to announce the winners on June 13, 2015. Individuals need not be present to
win.

NeighborWorks Boise reserves the right to modify the prizes at any time.

All U.S. residents 6 years or older are eligible to participate!

NeighborWorks Boise employees are not eligible to participate or win.

Paint The Town™ is a program of NeighborWorks Boise. All Buy A Bucket proceeds will be used to support Paint
The Town™ and NeighborWorks Boise programs.
OFFICIAL RULES:
Entries: To enter, purchase or sell a Bucket via Buy A Bucket forms or online at www.paintthetownboise.org by providing
name, email address, and necessary purchase information. One raffle entry will be granted to the purchaser and seller for
each Bucket sold.
Eligibility: The contest is open to U.S. residents who are at least 6 years old as determined by NeighborWorks Boise. If a minor
is determined the Winner, the prize will be awarded on the minor’s behalf to the Winner’s parent or guardian who must sign
all required releases on the Winner’s behalf to receive the prize. NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE employees are not eligible to
participate or win. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to Federal, State and local laws. Entrants
accept the conditions stated in the rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE.
Eligible Entries: NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE will determine in its sole discretion which entries are valid entries according to these
Official Rules. All decisions regarding the selection of winners are final. All entries become property of NEIGHBORWORKS
BOISE and will not be returned.
Selection of Winner: For the raffle drawing, all qualified entries received during the official entry period will be combined into
a single entry pool. Three (3) entrants will be selected at random from all eligible entries, on or about the date specified in the
contest promotion, and will be declared the Winners (subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these rules). The
first entrant drawn will win the Alaska Airlines tickets, the second the Apple Watch, and the third the grill. Entries received
before or after the official entry period will be disqualified.
Notification of Winners: The Winner will be notified by telephone or email by NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE. NEIGHBORWORKS
BOISE is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify winners. If a selected Winner is ineligible, or if Winner fails to pick
up the prize and sign the necessary forms within 30 days, the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner.
Confirmation of Winners: Prizes will be issued when NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE has determined, in its sole discretion, the
Winner submitted an eligible entry and otherwise complied with the Official Rules. All decisions of NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE
will be final. Winner will be required to provide a valid social security or federal tax ID number before the prize is awarded.
Prizes will be reported to the IRS and State Revenue department via Form 1099. All costs and taxes are the responsibility of
the Winner.
Permission to Publicize: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, the Winner agrees to release
NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE and sponsors to use the Winners’ names, likeness, voice and statements in any medium of
communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or
other purposes without additional compensation in reference to this contest.
Release of Liability: By accepting a prize, the Winner agrees to release NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE, its owners, members, affiliate
companies, subsidiaries, divisions and their respective directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitations
any advertising or promotion agency, from any liability, loss or damages arising from the receipt, or use or misuse of the prize
or prize related activities. A signed release is required for the issuance of any prize.
General Conditions and Restrictions: NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE has the right to cancel, suspend or modify this contest at any
time, for any reason solely at their discretion without notice or liability. Any person attempting to tamper with the entry
process or the operation of the contest will be disqualified. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable and cannot be
redeemed for cash. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receiving their
prize. All federal, state and local laws apply, and this contest is void where prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for all
applicable taxes, fees, expenses and incidentals not specifically provided. Winner must provide proof of legal name, address,
zip code, telephone number[s] and social security number to receive prize (for example, in the form of a government-issued
drivers license or identification card). Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this
contest in any way shall be disqualified. Any conduct that impedes the integrity of the contest is prohibited. NEIGHBORWORKS
BOISE’s decision as to all matters related to the administration of the contest and selection of the prize winner are final.
Internet: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection
by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration,
security or integrity of the contest, NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend
the contest or any portion of the contest. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION
OF THIS CONTEST WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST. Information submitted in entries, including
entrant’s name, address, e-mail, etc., may be used by NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE and all contest sponsors for marketing or
promotional purposes.
