Commencement will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center. GUEST ADMISSION IS BY TICKET ONLY; graduates do not require tickets. Doors open to guests requiring disabled seating at 9:15 AM; doors open to all graduates and guests at 9:30 AM. 2.
All graduates are asked to enter through the MAIN ENTRANCE of the Civic Center to line up for processional at 9:30 AM. See additional instructions below and accompanying layout. LINE‐UP INSTRUCTIONS FULTON SCHOOL OF LIBERAL ARTS All Masters candidates and Bachelors candidates with last names A ‐ K When you enter the Civic Center, look for the BLUE signs and go to the left (north corridor) and report to the rear of the north corridor (on side of old mall, adjacent to stage). Line up alphabetically in rear of the north corridor facing west (front of the building). Master’s candidates line up alphabetically at the beginning of the line and will be immediately followed by the Bachelor’s candidates, also alphabetical within their group. You will sit in Section 3 on the seating chart; Masters in the first row, and Bachelors in the remaining rows. After you have walked across the stage, you are to return to your seats via the side aisle. Bachelor’s candidates with last names L ‐ Z When you enter the Civic Center, look for the PINK signs and go to the left (north corridor) and line up alphabetically in Flanders Rooms 2‐6 facing west (front of the building). You will sit in Section 5 on the seating chart. After you have walked across the stage, you are to return to your seats via the side aisle.

You will line up at the rear of the south corridor alphabetically by degree facing east (the rear of the building). Masters candidates line up alphabetically at the beginning of the line and will be immediately followed by the Bachelors candidates who will also be alphabetical within their group. You will sit in Section 4 on the seating chart. After you have walked across the stage, you are to return to your seats via the center aisle. You will sit in Section 6 on the seating chart; Masters in the first two rows, and Bachelors in the remaining rows.
