Y., April 10, 1958 Novins Show Wins Award For TV News A television show for which a Chappaqua resident is moderator is the recipient of a Peabody Award for excellence, according to an announcement made last week. Stuart Novins of 39 Lawrence Farms Crossways is moderator for "Face the Nation", a Colum bia Broadcasting System network show televised on Sunday after noons. Associated with CBS for nineteen years, he has lived in Chappaqua since last summer. The Peabody Awards, radio and television equivalent of Oscars and Pulitzer prizes are adminis tered by the University of Georgia School of Journalism from fundsleft by the late George Foster Peabody, banker and philanthro pist. This year's awards, which went also to Dinah Shore, Bob Hope and to various other network and local radio and TV shows, were presented at a luncheon at the Hotel Roosevelt.
