The West Michigan Whitecaps are committed to the community through player and mascot appearances. If you would like to request a
player or mascot appearance, please complete the following Appearance Request Form. Completion of this form is a request only and
does not guarantee an appearance. In order to be considered, requests must be received a minimum of three weeks prior to the event.

Appearance Information
In order to make your event and mascot/player apperance a success the rules outlined below must be followed.
The West Michigan Whitecaps reserve the right to leave an appearance if any of the following rules are not ahered to:
1. Mascot requires a large, enclosed area to change in & out of costume, not bathrooms.
2. For profit organizations will be charged $100 per hour
3. Players are only available to appear on game days only between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. they are NOT
available on the first day back from a road game. Players arrive in town in April and leave in September
4. Appearances are limited to one hour with Whitecaps discretion times may vary
5. Distance will be taken into consideration when form is received
Appearances will be filled in the order that they are received. This form does not guarantee an appearance. You will be contacted regarding
the status of your Apperance Request Form at the earliest possible date.
