Hyders Farmhouse is situated in Bonnetts Lane, Ifield, west of Crawley.
Prospective purchasers approaching on the A23 Crawley by-pass should go west off
the West Green roundabout into Ifield Avenue, signposted Ifield/Langney Green.
Bonnetts Lane is to be found approx. 1 mile on the right hand side. Turn north into
Bonnetts Lane and Hyders Farmhouse is approx. ½ mile on the left hand/west side.
To the sale signs will be erected on the day of sale.

satisfactory references prior to the sale day. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS cannot be
ACCEPTED. No lot will be released until it has been satisfactorily paid for. SOUTH
EAST MARTS reserve the right to make any relevant status enquiry before releasing
any lots.

hammer, and purchasers are strongly advised to make immediate arrangements of
