NEW
Templin
is a dark green Iceberg variety
that provides a long harvest
window.
Over the past four seasons,
Templin has consis­tently proved
its added value. Templin has
a round headshape. It can be
planted through­out the outdoor
season and has a long harvestwindow. Harvesting is fast and
easy, because Templin grows
vertically and has a closed base.
The upright base also enhances its
resilience to disease. In addition,
the variety is strong against
tip-burn, bolting and sunburn.
Templin is very suitable for both
the fresh market and fresh-cut
industry.
Skindel
is a stable, flat, round
headshape Iceberg variety
that crops over a long harvest
window.
With its excellent flat, round headshape. Skindel can be planted
throughout the outdoor season
and combines steady growth with
a long harvest window.
The variety is strong against
tip-burn, bolting and sunburn.
Skindel performs especially well
in medium and heavy soils, and
is very suitable for both the fresh
market and fresh-cut industry.
Gondar
has set a new standard in
Icebergs for spring and autumn
planting.
Over the past few years, Gondar
has become popular as the
standard Iceberg variety for spring
planting, under fleece, and for
planting in August. The variety has
good leaf coverage that protects
the excellent headshape against
frost. The variety gains weight
fast and reaches a good size. The
base is smooth and well closed
enabling easy and fast harvesting.
Gondar is suitable for the fresh
and fresh-cut sectors, because
the internal leaves are uniformly
layered and are easy to process.
Kindu
is an Iceberg variety with a
good head shape that is fast to
harvest.
It is similar to Gondar with a very
nice, but smaller, headshape.
Kindu achieves a good weight
quickly and has a very smooth and
closed base, making it easy and
fast to harvest. It has a visually
attractive, dark green color, not
only in the field, but also after
harvest, so it presents well in the
box. The variety is most suited to
the fresh market.

Kuala
Elsol*
is an ideal Iceberg for the
fresh market, with a stable
headshape.
It has a stable head–shape and
dark green colored leaves, making
it visually very attractive. Kuala
can be planted all season, but its
medium to fast growth rate makes
it ideal for spring and autumn
plantings. The variety is very easy
to harvest, due to its flat and tidy
base and smooth ribs, and an
excellent, compact size for the
fresh market.

is a new iceberg for light and
medium heavy soils, standing
up to the heat of summer.
Elsol is a medium/compact sized
iceberg lettuce ideal for summer
production across Europe and is
suitable for the fresh market.
The variety benefits from its stable
compact size together with a long

tolerance to bolting, sunburn and
tip burn, giving added flexibility
and security during the summer
months.
