PRODUCT PREVIEW GUIDE – FREE PUBLICITY OPPORTUNITY As your marketing partner, we want to invite you to take advantage of a FREE PUBLICITY opportunity
in the popular Product Preview Guide.
This 4-color brochure is mailed out prior to the show to pre-registered and prospective attendees. It
features complete details about the show, including travel discounts, educational seminars and
events, along with
PRODUCT SHOTS SUBMITTED BY EXHIBITORS.
Each photo will be accompanied by 25 words of descriptive copy as well as the phone fax, website and
booth number of the company.
To ensure that this piece truly communicates the breadth of quality lines and new resources the Boston Gift
Show offers, all photography will be reviewed by a jury and those pictures that best meet this criterion
will be chosen and featured. EASY ONLINE SUBMISSION PROCEDURE !!
It’s easier than ever to submit your images and information for inclusion! Be on the lookout for an email from
Urban Expositions with detailed instructions and your login user name and password. Please be sure to read
the directions closely (see next pages) to ensure that your product information is listed correctly and your
artwork is in the correct format. Urban Expositions cannot be responsible for information and materials that are
submitted incorrectly or incompletely.
 To be considered you must provide us with high quality images of your product(s)**. Digital images must
be high resolution (300 dpi at 4 x 5 image size) in either a tiff or jpeg format.
 Please note, no product images will be considered from company unless the 50% deposit is paid
before Product Preview Guide deadline.
 If your image is chosen for the guide, company booth fee must be paid in full to be included.
* Due to the volume of responses, we will not be able to notify you if your image is unacceptable or in the
incorrect format. Photography will not be returned to you.
** By submitting images, you are giving Urban Expositions permission to feature your product shot(s) on any/all
promotional materials for the Boston Gift Show, including website, mail pieces, social media outlets and other
collateral/marketing materials.

2 Quick & Easy Online Submission Procedure For Product Preview Guide Deadline For Online Submission: December 9, 2014 See below for instructions to submit your information through our quick and easy online procedure. STEP 1: Log in with your username and password which you will receive via email. If you do not know your username and password, please contact Courtney Allen at 678‐370‐0333 or callen@urban‐expo.com. STEP 2: Click the product preview guide button underneath your company name. STEP 3: Read the directions and agree to the guidelines 3 STEP 4: Click the choose file button to search and select your image and then select the upload image button. Please wait while image uploads STEP 5: Once it has uploaded, you will see a preview of your image. STEP 6: Fill out the required product description. If you are a rep group, please include the name of the line for which you are submitting. If you are not a rep, please leave blank. Product Preview Area
The Product Preview Area located in the Buyer’s Lounge is open to all
companies participating in the Boston Gift Show, on a first-come, first-serve basis for
only $25.00.
Space Size: Due to limited space, each participating company will receive an
approximate 2 ft. x 2 ft. space. Show management retains the right to adjust or remove any display abusing space privileges.
Set– Up Time: All displays are set to by the participating company to be set during
move-in and no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, March 27, 2015.
ID Signs: One tent card with exhibiting company name and booth number will be
provided. Please stop by the show office to pick up your tent card. No advertising
flyers or documents are to be used in the display area. Only product is to be
displayed.
No Early Break Down/Product Pick Up: All product displays must remain in tact
and should not be picked up until one hour prior to close of the show on Tuesday,
March 31. Please pick up your products between 1-2:30 pm on 3/31/15. Please make
sure to bring your exhibitor badge for products to be released. All products left after
2:30 pm will be disposed. So please remember to pick up between 1:00 pm and 2:30
pm.
Good Neighbor Policy: All exhibitors should abide by the “Good Neighbor Policy.” If
it’s not your product please do not touch it. No photography, handling or re-arranging.
Violators will not be allowed in the product display.

As one of the special buyer incentives we’re launching for the Boston Gift Show, we’re
promoting Monday, March 30 as FREE FREIGHT MONDAY.
Show mailers and other promotional materials will let buyers know that many exhibitors
will be offering free freight on orders placed on Monday, March 30. Make plans now to
participate. The more exhibitors that join us, the stronger the promotion will be.
As a participant, your company name and booth number will be featured in the Boston
Gift Show mobile app. The mobile app will feature a listing of all exhibitors offering free
freight on orders placed on this day. A note will be included that “Restrictions Apply” as it
will be up to you, the individual exhibitor, to set the parameters for which orders, lines,
minimums, etc., will qualify for free freight.
This promises to be a great traffic builder for your booth! To participate, simply fill
out this form, fax it back and provide free freight on your March 30th orders.

Thanks for your request for the Boston Gift Show Attendee List. As you know, databases are one of
the few tangible assets of a trade event. Therefore, we are very serious about restricting the sharing of
and intended use of databases outside of the parameters described below.
Our process in providing exhibitors and participating exhibitors, associations and organizations with the
