Seven tenders/bids were received till the closing date.

Bids were evaluated through qualification and Technical evaluation criteria given
in the published Tender Document, as per Rule (32) of PP RA. Following Evaluation

In preliminary examination, the supporting documents attached by the bidders
were checked and after the scrutiny the bids of following bidders were rejected

Reason of Rejection
The bidder was required to provide at least two relevant Supply
Orders/Contracts received in the last three years, however, the
Supply Orders attached by the bidder were not relevant. The
bidder did not meet the mandatory requirement and its bid was
rejected under clause No. 16.2.2 of the Tender Document.
The bidder was required to provide sample of the Paper,
however, the Bidder did not attach the sample of the paper. The
bidder did not meet the mandatory requirement and its bid was
rejected under clause No. 16.2.2 of the Tender Document.
The bidder was required to provide at least two relevant Supply
Orders/Contracts received in the last three years, however, the
Supply Orders attached by the bidder were not relevant. The
bidder did not meet the mandatory requirement and its bid was

The detailed results with Qualification and Technical Evaluation Criteria were
duly announced in presence of the Bidders.
The rates of items quoted by the
qualified bidders were announced. The Comparative Statement was prepared
which was checked and sign ed by the Purchase Committee . The Committee found
all the bids in order and proposed, under Rule(55) of PPRA Rules 2014, that the
contract may be awarded
