Albert said ETA’s check should be coming Misty will email the sponsor form.
Dora will request donations from GST BOCES Support Related Personnel &
Elmira Heights Schools. Misty & Dora will meet to discuss who else Dora can
approach for money & who Misty will. 2nd mailing to go out thru Quicker Printer.

Susie is working on Exhibitor Outreach and Registration. Lauren is working on
website issues. Misty paid fees. Server settings may be wrong. Will be on
website soon.

Some follow up is needed with missing agencies. Ross Park’s Ian contacted her
and she will follow up with him. Not sure if car seat checks will be done at event,
but Susie will check with them. She will also check on helicopter. Reported
there is still no train in the area.
Sue Carne will check with Tim Dougherty Bouncy House guy by Kmart to see
about his train. Reported that Horseheads K9 Dog passed away. May want to
contact Kim Stanton with Paws for Cause she is at Glove House now or therapy
dogs. Sue will follow up with this and with her new horse connection.
Would be nice if we could get mounted law enforcement riding around.
Dina is doing great with this. Jessica Jankowski-Fit Chic and magicians are in.
She also reached out to dance groups and gymnastics too.
Facebook save the date. Will follow up with 94 Rock. Will get save the dates to
summer cohesion. Anthony is no longer at Y but will work with Misty if needed.

Susie was contacted by other ice cream people who said Earle’s is no longer
available. Need to check with Stantons to see if this is true.
Josiah is willing to pick items up if needed. Misty’s Godson Justin will too and
Susie said Jaime can use her van to help as well.
Albert’s crew is set for gates and more help is needed on infield and in upper lot
where volunteers park. Susie will send Albert Dan’s contact information.
Linda will be on the main gate first thing in the morning.
All participants will be instructed to park in the infield once they have unloaded.
Front wall parking will be reserved for handicapped parking.

Josiah has things under control.
Sue plans on doing a bang up job and staying out of the hospital this year.
Concerned with this year’s financials to pay for this. We want this to be very
useful information & valuable to recipients. Chemung County Youth Bureau
agreed that the $2500 can be used for something else if we don’t do the Family
Fun Time Pack Giveaway this year. A long discussion resulted in the decision to
continue to work on it, roll it out in 2017 and have it be great when we do it.
Susie Collins suggested punch card giveaway for hot dog and drink. Misty said
every booth gives something away and we are more along the lines of a health
fair so not needed. Susie proposed not doing a punch card giveaway this year,
all voted in favor and motion carried.
Linda suggested giving a bag to each family as they walk in. We have about
500 Empower Federal Credit Union Bags left. Albert and Dora said to give
them away for something else and they will work on getting bags for us to give
out. Could be used for Holiday Party and the Centers. They figure 1200 bags
and probably $2 each. May get a sponsor for the bags. If it is close to $2000
in product Misty would make them a major sponsor. Dora will check with
Horseheads Schools about the bags. Could stick a list of things to do in bag or
have it at registration table to give out.
