What’s the point of having a gas that’s
99.9999 % pure in the cylinder, of having
expensively calibrated mixtures of up to 20 individual components, if you’ve no guarantee of
maintaining this once the gas is taken from the
cylinder?
Only by using suitable pressure regulators
when taking straight from the cylinder do you
obtain that assurance. For this Westfalen has

regulators especially for the practical withdrawal
of gas from mini cylinders. Light and small, these
miniature regulators with metallic diaphragms
support your mobile applications and work just

For Pure, Noble and Mixtures:
WEGA 1 and WEGA 2.
WEGA 1 and WEGA 2 series pressure regulators are compact devices with ergonomic hand
connection that can be used for cylinder
pressures of 200 or 300 bar.
Options to combine with metering and
shut-off valves or flow meters at the outlet
offer high flexibility. Various output connections
are selectable, the relief valve being respectively
integrated into the regulator body.

For Corrosive: WEGA 1KSp.
Cylinder pressure regulators in the WEGA
1KSp range are regulators in an encapsulated
safety design for highly corrosive gases.
Check valve and shut-off valve are integrated
together in a single body, so allowing for
effective rinsing with own or foreign gas.
Various output connections are selectable.
Optionally, dual stage WEGA 1KSp pressure
regulators are also available.
Areas of application:
• For corrosive gases up to purity 6.0 (99.9999 %
vol.) and gas mixtures.
