2015 Timetable and Enrolment Information
Bachelor of Education (Teaching) Primary
Year 2 Students
With Student Services Online you will be able to enrol directly into your courses at
http://www.studentservices.auckland.ac.nz/uoa/home/student-services-online/sso-enrolment.
Video tutorials are available on this website to help you with your enrolment.
You have 8 courses that you must undertake this year if you are a full-time student and have
successfully completed all of your courses in 2014.
There are 3 timetable streams for 2015 (A-C). Full time students must select one
stream and enrol in all the classes in that stream, you must remain in the same
stream over both semesters.
Although you will not see the wording of streams in SSO please enrol as per the
class numbers below.

If you need to repeat a course/s for the third time, or if there are possible enrolment clashes with
practicum placement please contact the Education Student Centre on [email protected].
Concessions
When an enrolment fails due to an error, there is an opportunity to apply for an online concession
providing it meets the listed criteria. A reason for the concession must be selected from the drop down
list.
Please note
If a class is not available due to reaching its capacity it will not be visible to view online.
This situation may change however as students alter their timetables. There may appear to be clashes,
however please ensure that you validate the courses you intend to study before selecting to enrol.

Practicum Placement
Please go to https://placements.education.auckland.ac.nz to indicate practicum choices online.
You will not be able to access this site until 24 hours after the time you enrolled into your practicum
course. Choices must be completed online by 09 February 2015. If you have missed this deadline you
will need to contact the Practicum Office (H202) for a hard copy form.
