Regulations is amended by omitting the full description of the Coral Sea Islands Division and substituting the following description: “The area of continental shelf beneath the area of waters bounded by a line commencing at a point of Latitude 12 degrees 56’23” South, Longitude 147 degrees 40’ East and running thence southerly along the meridian of Longitude 147 degrees 40’ East to its intersection by the parallel of Latitude 14 degrees South, thence westerly along that parallel to its intersection by the meridian of Longitude 146 degrees 55’ East, thence southerly along that
