I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under
the Continental Shelf (Living Natural Resources) Act 1968.

First Schedule
The First Schedule to the Continental Shelf (Living Natural Resources)
Regulations is amended by omitting the full description of the Coral Sea Islands
Division and substituting the following description:
“The area of continental shelf beneath the area of waters bounded by a line commencing
at a point of Latitude 12 degrees 56’23” South, Longitude 147 degrees 40’ East and
running thence southerly along the meridian of Longitude 147 degrees 40’ East to its
intersection by the parallel of Latitude 14 degrees South, thence westerly along that
parallel to its intersection by the meridian of Longitude 146 degrees 55’ East, thence
southerly along that meridian to its intersection by the parallel of Latitude 17 degrees 05’
South, thence easterly along that parallel to its intersection by the meridian of Longitude
147 degrees 45’ East, thence southerly along that meridian to its intersection by the
parallel of Latitude 18 degrees 30’ South, thence easterly along that parallel to its
intersection by the meridian of Longitude 150 degrees 50’ East, thence southerly along
that meridian to its intersection by the parallel of Latitude 20 degrees South, thence
easterly along that parallel to its intersection by the meridian of Longitude 151 degrees
