Camping
A short 500 meter walk from a beach of fine sand, hidden in the pine forest behind
the sand dunes, you will find the Club Marina-Landes waiting to welcome you into
its comfortable and dynamicatmosphere to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday.
It’s a real village where everything is near to hand. Grocery shop, bar-restaurant,
pizzeria, newsagent, bicycle hire, Wifi .
And if you want to do some shopping, chance your luck at a casino, mingle in a
local market, they are all only a 15 minute walk away.
Aquatic space
Over an area spanning 1,900m² you’ll find all the site’s pools, which together
represent a surface area of around 600m², open throughout the season from 10
am to 8 pm and comprising:
• A 19m indoor heated pool with spa.
• A 25m pool (water not heated).
• A heated spa bath with 4 anatomical benches, 1 spa, 3 hydro jets, 1 massage bed.
• 3 water slides, one measuring 27 m for children over 8 years of age (heated
water – open from July to August: 11-12 am and 3-7 pm – out of season: 3-6 pm).
• A 6m water slide for children from 3 to 8 years of age (water not heated)
• 2 heated paddling pools with fountains and a water slide for tiny tots (just 1 is
open out of season).
The water park is equipped with a seat for lowering and raising people in
wheelchairs in and out of the water (25m pool and spa bath area).

Whether you want to spend time together as a family, to laugh with friends, to practice a
sport, to dance in a discotheque, to watch a show, there is no need to go out, everything
happens at Club Marina-Landes.
Philippe, the Chef of the Villa Cisneros restaurant and his entire team welcome you again
for this 2015 season and offer new high-quality services:

and a variety of beach items and souvenirs at the best prices to help you enjoy your holidays.
Angie will welcome you at the games room with a selection of 35 machines (video games,
pinball, billiards, table football, etc.) and an Internet terminal (extra charge) for those who
don’t have their own equipment.

The baleine sanitary bloc is open all season and is heated. Some sanitary blocks are
accessible for persons with disabilities.
For pitches with electricity, please bring an extension cord (approx. 30 m) and an European
adapter. Extra tents are free. Each tent site can only accommodate three tents.
Each caravan or camping-car can only accommodate two supplementary tent.
The number of persons per site is limited to four, except in the case of a complete family,
including parents and children which in any case, cannot exceed 6 persons.

Semi-detached apartments with separated and covered patios.
Each construction design is different. (renovation Forêt : 2014
– Pins et Jardin : 2007). Portable dividing wall between the bedroom
and the living-room in the “Jardin” model and certain “Forêt” model.
These are genuine small 2-room neighbouring flats all equipped with
separating covered terraces. They are ideal for couples seeking a bit
of space. They can also sleep up to 4 people thanks to a bench seat

CAMP SITES : Booking recommended in
July and August. Each tent site can accommodate no more 3 tents. Each caravan or
motor home site can accommodate no more
than 2 supplementary tents. The number of
persons per site cannot exceed 4 persons
except for a family, parents and children,
including 6 people.
If your equipment is cumbersome by its size
(awning, large caravan, supplementary tents),
we would ask you to give us these details on
the contract.
RENTALS : Booking recommended in
July, August and September. A small
tent (max 2.5*2.5 m) may be pitched free of
charge but exclusively on the cottages, bungalows Oyat and Ségosa and chalets sites if
you wish and if the site is big enough, without
exceeding the number of persons allowed into
the tenancy (please specify this information
on the booking contract).
The furnished rental is rented without board or

disposable (not made of cloth). Fresh linens
are on sale at the reception desk (kit single

rentals and for the sites. The totality if the
reservation made less than 30 days before
the arrival date.
4 % of your total camping-caravanning or
accommodation costs (minimum 13 € for
the camping-caravanning and 18 € for the
rentals).
BOOKING FEES : 35 € for the rentals and for
the sites. From the period 27/04 to 03/07 and
29/08 to 20/09 booking fees are free.
Do not forget that without insurance, you
will not be reimbursed for any amount paid
if you cancel or shorten your stay.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE (see general condition below) : is optional and costs
PRATICAL INFORMATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
Payment
As soon as your reservation is received with
your payment (postal order, credit card), we
will send confirmation of your reservation
which you must present upon your arrival (your
campsite number is given for information only,
without guarantee).
The balance for rentals and pitches must be
paid 30 days, at the latest, before the start
of your stay.
If payment is not received, we will assume your
reservation is cancelled, conditions of which
are explained.
COOLING-OFF PERIOD
In accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the
French Consumer Code, none of the services and provisions proposed on this site are
subject to the cooling-off period stipulated in
articles L. 121-20 and following of the French
Consumer Code. Consequently, the accommodation and leisure services ordered on the
site are exclusively subject to the cancellation
conditions attached.
LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY
DEPARTURES
By the client:
· Camping/caravaning : in case of late arrivals or of early departures, the dates on your
reservation will be referred to and you will be
charged accordingly.
- Rental accommodation : in case of late arrivals or of early departures, the dates on your
reservation will be referred to and no reimbursement will be available.
The cancellation insurance you can subscribe to will reimburse lost days only (please
consult us).
We will reserve your site or rental for 24 hours
from your scheduled date ofarrival. After this
delay we cannot guarantee the booking.
Please, inform us in writing if your planned date
of arrival is to be altered.
Phone messages are not acceptable.
By Club Marina-Landes :
Excepting expulsion of a client by the police
for serious fault, only the competent Tribunal
can decide in favour of compensating a client
upon his request.
CANCELLATION
By the client : in the case of cancellation
your contract :
- More than 30 days before your reserved
date of arrival, your deposit, reservation fee
and cancellation insurance (optional) will be
retained.
Less than 30 days before your reserved date
of arrival, the total amount of your payment
reservation fees and cancellation insurance
(optional) will be retained.
If you have bought Cancellation Insurance,
your contract will cover the reimbursement
of the amounts paid (not including booking
fees and insurance) within the limits of the
provisions the insurance settled.

for client security reasons, the client will receive
full reimbursement . Only a competent tribunal
can decide in favour of compensating a client
upon his request.
CANCELLATION insurance
(optional)
Cancelation insurance allows you to recover
fees paid (except for reservation and insurance
fees) in the case of cancelation of your holiday,
early departure or late arrival.
• CANCELLATION FEES
Reimbursement of fees for cancellation, notified BEFORE DEPARTURE, resulting from
one of the following events:
• Decease, serious bodily injury, serious illness
(including aggravation of a chronic or preexisting illness) of the insuree or their parents,
grandparents, children or grandchildren,
• Serious damage due to fire, explosion or
water,
• Theft in the professional or private premises
of the insuree,
• The insuree or their partner being made
redundant,
• Complications of pregnancy of the insuree or
their repercussions,
• Serious accidental damage immobilising the
vehicle of the insuree.
• INTERRUPTION FEES
Mapfre insurance commits to reimbursing,
prorated by time counted from the day after
the return of the insuree: the unused groundbased services of the outdoor lodging due to,
• serious illness, serious bodily injury or
decease of: the insuree, their partner (legal
or common-law), their parents, grandparents,
children or grandchildren,
• decease of the person responsible for the
guardianship of their minor or handicapped
children, their professional replacement,
• theft, serious damage due to fire, explosion
or water.
• LATE ARRIVAL
Indemnification if an unpredictable, unavoidable and unwanted event occurs during your
journey going from your domicile and the holiday location and if you are unable to be present
at the planned start date of the covered holiday.
• REPLACEMENT VEHICLE RENTAL FEES
Coverage of rental fees in the case of serious
damage to or theft of your principal vehicle or
your caravan within 10 days of your departure
and in so far as it is un-repairable or not recovered before the date of departure.

In the case of a loss you must, within 24 hours,
inform the campsite management and confirm
in writing if you need to cancel your holiday.
Inform the Company in writing of any loss
likely to be covered within five working
days (two working days in the case of theft).
Note: if the insured cancels late, the
Company may only cover the cancellation
fees that would have been due at the time
of the event causing the loss.
If the policy was taken out after the appearance of the reason for cancellation and this
was known to the insured, there is no right
to compensation.
Do not forget that without insurance, you
will not be reimbursed for any amount paid
if you cancel or shorten your stay.
DEPOSIT
For housing rental, a deposit of 200 € must
be paid the day of your arrival. The deposit
will be returned at the end of your stay, less
deductions, in the event of property damage.
Also a deposit of 75 € for eventual house cleaning fees will be required. This amount will be
returned if the site is left in its original state of
cleanliness.
Insurance
Campers will benefit during their stay of civil
liability insurance for all corporal or material
damage.
Acceptance of this contract is only valid
with the presentation of a valid civil liability insurance certificate covering the tent,
caravan, campingcar, car and civil liability.
Extract of the Internal
Regulation
Any person wishing to spend a night at the
camping site must :
- Register beforehand at the reception desk
with proof of identity in order to complete required formalities.
- Agree to act in accordance with the internal
regulations (posted at the reception desk and
in various buildings at the campsite).
- Wear a « Marina » bracelet which will be given
to them upon their arrival for the purpose of
security identification while on the campsite.
The rentals are available from 4:00 p.m.
until 8:00 p.m. during July and August (out
of season please contact us for the timetable). Departures must be before 10:00
a.m. in the morning.
Campsite places are available from 12:00
a.m. and must be vacated before 11:00 a.m.
in the morning.
All requests to prolong your stay must be
made at the reception desk at least three days
before the original planned date of departure ;
the decision to accept any extension is up to
the direction of the campsite.
Please note that private charcoal barbecues
are not allowed except in designated places.
Gas and electric barbecues are authorised on
the sites.
Collective charcoal barbecues are at the disposal of the clientele. Bring your own grill.
Dogs and other animals must be tattooed and
vaccinated and justification of such must be
shown at the reception desk the day of your
arrival**.
Anyone acting contrary to the internal regulation risks the immediate cancelling of their
contract and will be required to leave the campsite immediately. In case of penal infraction the
director reserves the right to call upon the
Public Order.
OTHER INFORMATION
The sanitary facilities are not equipped with
toilet paper (except pool, sports club, kiddie
club, events room, reception and restaurant).
The campsite being located in the heart of a
pine grove, pine resin may possibly drop on
equipment. Think to bring a cover or resin
remover (resin remover and cover on sale in
the shop).

RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS
The rental of a cottage or a chalet or the Lodge or a bungalow Ségosa or bungalows Oyat or a garden apartment for the number of persons indicated includes parking space for one vehicle (2 cars for the chalets, Lodge and Cottages “Azur” and Alizé), cooking utensils, bed linen is provided
