Great Harvest StufFing ReciPE
12 pound Turkey
1 8x8 pan cornbread cubed & dried
1 bag stuffing bread
1 can apricots chopped with liquid
Chicken broth
1 cup chopped almonds
1 onion chopped
1 tsp sage
2 cups chopped celery
1 tsp thyme
1 cup butter
2 T chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium saucepan melt butter and add onion, celery, parsley,
and spices. Cook until soft. Add canned apricots with liquid until
heated through. Place dried Great Harvest bread for stuffing and
dried cornbread in a large bowl. Add the onion-celery mix and stir.
Add chicken broth until desired moisture( approximately 1-1 1/2
cups). Add almonds and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Loosely stuff your turkey. Place extra stuffing in a casserole and
bake at 375 for 30 min.

Thanksgiving is our favorite holiday because
it’s all about great food, including that staple
of life, BREAD. This year, we again have our
light and buttery Virginia roll, perfect and nottoo-filling for the Thanksgiving table. The
always popular fruited and seasoned rolls also
return: try our tart and tangy Cranberry
Orange or savory Oregon Herb. And for the
traditionalists, don’t worry- we still and always
will offer our hearty 100% honey whole-wheat
rolls. These freshly handmade rolls have a
delicious way of bringing tradition and amazing
flavor to your dinner table, and double as great
bread for leftover turkey sandwiches.
(Warm rolls in 350-degree oven on baking
sheets for 10-12 minutes.)
We want to do our part to support the health
and strength of our

free bread for charity dinners,
fund-raisers, races, etc. Just ask
