Erica Sosna is a Motivational Speaker, Coach, Leadership Consultant and the author of Your
Life Plan. Erica specialises in using her STORYWORK method to produce creative, high
impact talks and workshops which will ensure your audience will walk away with
worthwhile and substantial skills and tools for a clearer direction in life.
Erica has worked for clients such as Channel 4, PayPal, Aspen Insurance, Teach First, AXA
Group, University of London and Fujitsu in areas such as diversity, leadership, culture
change and employee engagement, Erica brings a wealth of experience and innovative
perspectives to her clients.
With a background in storytelling, stand-up comedy and improv, Erica’s sessions are fun,
colourful, spontaneous, practical and inspiring. Erica offers a number of online and
face-to-face programmes in her storywork, leadership and career coaching methods. Her
first book, Your Life Plan, was published by Wiley in 2014.
