The Appellant has failed to pay the costs of preparing and certifying the record in the form of cash,
check, or money order payable to the District Court as required by Md. Rule 7-109(c).
An Order striking the Notice of Appeal will be entered unless a response is filed within 15 days after service showing
good cause why the Notice of Appeal should not be stricken.
