General Information:
1) ZIMMER / ACCOMODATION
Es war für die Mitarbeiter des Konferenzbüros schwierig, eine ausreichende Zahl von Unterkünften zu
besorgen. Die Wittgenstein Gesellschaft musste gegenüber den Zimmervermietern eine Garantie
abgeben, dass die für Sie bestellten Zimmer für den gesamten Reservierungszeitraum bezahlt
werden. Wir müssen Sie daher darauf aufmerksam hinweisen, dass die Zimmervermieter einen
Ausfallsbetrag in Rechnung stellen werden, falls Sie Ihr Quartier nicht Ihren Angaben im
Anmeldeformular entsprechend benützen.
Room reservations have proved difficult for the conference office team, since bookings had to be
made in advance and supply is limited. We would therefore kindly ask you to accept the
accommodation provided for you and stay there for the specified period unless exceptional
circumstances intervene. Hotels may charge for late arrival or early departure.
2) KOSTENLOSES TAXI-SERVICE / FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
Wie auf den Anmeldeformularen zugesagt, steht allen außerhalb von Kirchberg untergebrachten
Teilnehmern ein kostenloses Taxi-Service zur Verfügung. Jeder Teilnehmer hat Anspruch auf

On Saturday, August 16, 2014, at 1.00 p.m., a special bus service to Vienna departs from the
secondary school on the main road. It will call at Wien-Meidling train station (for southbound trains),
