concrete canvases at Festival Market Square (corner
of Jackson and McCamly Streets).

Avenue and its nearby streets.
Making it to all the art walk locations is easy
when you take a ride on the trolley. The trolley
will run Michigan Avenue from East to West.
Take a ride for free from 5 to 9 PM.
Live performances will take place throughout the
evening at various locations.
Barista Blues Cafe: Michael Angelo
Ermisch Travel/Calhoun County Arts Council: The
Music Center
Michigan Avenue: Street performers Pogo Rey &
Blue Haze and Deep Fried Pickle Project and Carlos
Washington will musically entertain on Michigan
Avenue.
A collective art experience! Enjoy art,
wine, music and more along a route of artist
receptions hosted by downtown businesses.
The event is free and open to the public.
Wave Square: Experience the fire pit, the interactive
water feature and live performances in downtown’s
newest park. Performances from Brass Band of Battle
Creek, Earth Gypsies, and The Mylestone Project.

INTERACTIVE ART
Battle Creek Pride Resource Center: “The Art of Drag”
The Art of Drag is an exhibit showcasing female
impersonation-the illusion of male to female images.
The exhibit consists of costumes, wigs, make-up, photos, video and 2 live professionals to answer questions
and share with visitors.
The Mylestone Project: In collaboration with the Boy’s
and Girl’s Club of Battle Creek, will be performing an
Evolution of Hip hop. The performance will feature local dancers, spoken word artists, DJs and graffiti artist
in an unique 40 to 50 minutes performance.
W.K. Kellogg Foundation: Live artist demonstrations
will be held throughout the evening.
