Noel-Levitz Employee Satisfaction Survey

Noel-Levitz Employee Satisfaction Survey
In the spring of 2015, Durham Tech administered the Noel-Levtiz Employee Satisfaction survey. Noel-Levitz is a
nationally renowned organization known for developing surveys for colleges and universities to help identify areas of
strengths and weaknesses that can be used for strategic planning. Durham Tech also used Noel-Levitz to administer the
student satisfaction survey (results can be found on RE!P’s webpage). There were 480 employees invited to take the
survey and 259 responded, resulting in a 54% response rate. The survey consisted of five (5) sections: demographics,
campus culture and policies, institutional goals, involvement and decision-making, and work environment.
