Wind-up Provisions/Buy Back Policy
The Company has an unlimited life. The Company is authorised to repurchase up to 14.99% of the issued share
capital of the Company for cancellation. These shares can be held in treasury. The Directors have the authority to
allot shares up to 33% of the issued share capital; 10% of which can be issued as though pre-emption rights did not
apply.
