Bob Cratchit An overworked, underpaid clerk. Money is tight for him and his family, but they find strength in their love for each other and hope for the future. Jacob Marley A businessman until his death seven years ago. He was selfish and miserly, and his spirit now wanders the earth in chains as punishment. Mr. Fezziwig A kind and generous businessman who held a wonderful Christmas party every year, and invited his two clerks. Fan Lily A young boy’s older sister and only family who loved him dearly. Sadly, she died during childbirth. A new bride. She is kind and welcoming to everyone, especially at Christmas! Belle A beautiful, kind, but poor young girl. She was engaged before her fiancé learned to care only for money and she ended the relationship. Mrs. Cratchit She takes care of her four children, working hard to stretch her husband’s small salary to pay for their needs. She resents his boss’ stinginess. The Ghost of Christmas Past This conjures up scenes from people’s pasts, reminding them that Christmas did mean something to them once. The Ghost of Christmas Present Cheerful and lively, this sprinkles the spirit of Christmas cheer on those who need it most and shows people the true meaning of Christmas. The Ghost of Christmas Future A silent, looming spirit who shows people the dismal things to come and how no one will miss them when thee die if they do not change. Tiny Tim The youngest child in his family. Although he is crippled and physically weak, he has a big heart.
