Departments. ISSUES AND CHALLENGES-2 ● Lack of co-operation and planning by other Land Owning Agencies such as DDA, Railway, CPWD/L&DO, etc. ● DUSIB need to be designated as Housing Board for EWS/ LIG Housing/or Development Agency ● Single Window Clearances for all statutory approvals (SRA Model Mumbai) ● Amendments in Master Plan Provision for EWS Housing
