The pictures, the way the steps were broken down, and the warning boxes.

The pictures were useful in seeing exactly what needed to be done, the steps were broken down
into simple steps but were detailed enough to follow, and the warning boxes pointed out the
things I needed to be careful about.
5. Please list three aspects of the instruction set that you believe to be unclear or confusing.
Listing overload, instructions were a little crowded, not detailed enough for someone who hasn’t
played.
6. Describe why you believe the aspects listed above to be unclear or confusing.
Overload is ineffective on armor, instructions were a little hard to follow at times because of
overcrowding, and I could see these instructions being hard to follow for someone who hasn’t
played Mass Effect.
