Method: 1. In a large bowl, whisk egg and milk 3 slices Ingredients: • 3 slices bread • 1 egg • ¼ cup milk until well combined. Preheat a non-stick frying pan to medium-high heat. 3. Dip each slice of bread in the egg until coated on both 2. sides and put straight into the frying pan. 4. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden. 5.
