MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
110.2 – MINIMUM WAGE DETERMINATIONS:
DELETE THE CONTENTS OF THE SUBSECTION AND REPLACE WITH THE
FOLLOWING:
There are no West Virginia Prevailing Wage Rates for projects awarded after July 1,
2015.
If the Proposal contains U.S. Department of Labor Wage Rates and West Virginia
Prevailing Wage Rates do not apply, the minimum wage paid shall be the U.S. Department of
Labor Wage Rates.
